Owner was very nice. He didn't over charge and he explained everything.

My transmission failed to go into any gear. I was on a 4 week road trip pulling my camper and had my dog Axel. The shop is in Amerillo Texas, and I live in Connecticut. I am not just from very far away, but he had a full schedule of work. He managed to not just rebuild the transmission in a matter of days, but also added all the modifications / updates that had come out since I had bought the truck 8 years ago. The owner and mechanics are very professional, friendly and surely take pride in their work. This is the shop you should take your vehicle if you can get it there, or you are in my opinion making a huge mistake. I am 63, and have dealt with a lot of repair shops, and this one is as good as you can find. Not just because it was done fast because of how far away from home I was, but they really care about their work Ken McDonald 2012 GMC Sierra 1500 with 120,000 miles I can't say thank you enough for the speedy repairs, as it saved me a lot of down time among other things
