When we picked our vehicle up, the inside was dirty from the workers working from the inside. Collision staff were not helpful, did not return voice mail messages. They did not notify us when our vehicle could not be fixed the first week they had it. The work on the vehicle was great, customer service is not very good, could use more training.
Fast, professional, high quality service! Gerber fixed my car in about a week and a half, where other shops told me it would take anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 months to complete. I am very pleased with the repairs also. My car looks great! Gerber does great work and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I was even able to return my rental car with Gerber when I picked my car up! I didn't have to make a separate trip to enterprise. I highly recommend Gerber! Services: Painting, Body & Trim
