Ahhhh, yet another great experience with Five Star Hail Repair! I couldn’t believe how consistent the excellent customer service is here and how helpful everyone that works here is. I’ve been stressing about the repairs for a long time and yet once I spoke with Alan the owner he solved all my worries in less than a day. Even how quick the staff was at helping me get a claim in and approved. I can’t see myself doing business with any other companies in Amarillo! Especially when the last place I went to off of western was more worried about how much money they could get off of me instead of vehicle safety whether it was safe to drive or not. A big shout out to Alan he went out of his way multiple times to ensure that I was secured in a rental as well as the convenience of having the car brought to me.
