Went in for a front end alignment, after having gotten my car back from my trusted mechanic. 45minutes after taking in it to Chauncys, the mechanic brought me a quote for over $1700.00 parts and labor that had to be done in order to do an alignment. Luckily all those parts are under LIFETIME warranty with my trusted mechanic. So I Called my mechanic immediately to discuss all these VITAL front end parts under my car, that were still allowing me to drive but with no noises/ rattles/issues of any sort, but BROKEN according to Chauncys. My mechanic said they were in good order, take my CAR ELSEWHERE NOW!! Took my car for an alignment elsewhere after this horrible experience. Cost me Less than $75.00 and this mechanic seemed to think the same, all my front end parts that Chauncys seemed to think were BROKEN, were in good working order. Shame on your Chauncys.
