I was referred to Arena’s by my sister who has used his service for several years. I am very happy with his service. He gave a second opinion on a repair suggested by a dealer and explained why he felt they were incorrect. He made the repair he diagnosed costing a fraction of the other estimate. The car runs better than it has in awhile.

Words cannot describe how great my experience was with Arenas Auto Repair. The catch is, I didn't even have my car serviced. I was travelling from Southern Illinois all the way to Utah, when along the way on I-40, my 'Check Engine' light came on 65 miles before Amarillo. Given that this was the closest place I could find on Google and the business had such good reviews and ratings, I made my way towards the shop. I was greeted by two precious dogs, and spoke with Luis. Let me tell you, Luis is EXCEPTIONAL, and his customer service was above and beyond! He is very knowledgeable about vehicles, and apart from the information given from the diagnostic, he went out of his way to explain various things about my vehicle that would be very helpful once in the mountains. I honestly took away information I wish I would have known 15 years ago, which is why I'm so glad I stopped by.
