Fantastic service! They spent an hour test driving, checking the suspension, alignment, and tires. The problem ended up being tire pressure but they didn't charge for any of it. Will definitely be back Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto maintenance
Customer service was bad. Staff was uncommunicative. After waiting for more than an hour, I asked for an update on a check engine light, to which they responded that they havent looked at it. This, coupled with the issue on our previous visit when they forgot to repair a punched tire, have reinforced the 1 star rating.
Alex and the staff at Midas are exceptional. They assisted me in a timely manner and their customer service made my experience so worthwhile. This place rocks! Service: Engine repair
