Did a pre purchase inspection for a vehicle. They do a great job documenting and taking pictures, however I was lied to. They documented the left and right brake lights didn’t work. I asked what the think it is? They said they don’t know that they tried to change the bulbs and they still didn’t work and wanted $160 to diagnose the issue. I brought the car home. I couldn’t get the tail/stop light bulbs out so I took out the entire fixture. The bulbs were burnt and just pulled out of the base I and had to use plyers to remove the bottom metal part of the bulb. I put in new bulbs and they worked fine. They did NOT try to change the bulbs. They also wanted to charge me $250 labor and $700 to dynamic restore my engine/oil. I took the car to another place that did it for $69 more than an oil change. Prices are higher than most dealerships. Ridiculous. I don’t know how they stay in business

Fast and thorough! No A/C in 109 degree weather was no bueno. They dealt directly with the warranty company and had me back on the road in two days. The whole system had to be replaced. Plus they took care of some routine maintenance while they had it. Am definitely going to be using them from now on! Services: Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change
