Trust is not easy to earn, but Jay from J. & Company has my full trust when it comes to our vehicles. His entire staff is friendly, responsive and professional and his new shop is very nice. He has completed several repairs and maintenance items for us over the last few years, some very large. We have had zero issues from any of those repairs and Jay does not try to get you to do unneeded repairs as unfortunately is the case with many shops and dealerships that are trying to meet "numbers". Jay is more interested in doing a great job and establishing a long-term relationship with his clients than he is in meeting short term number goals. I believe this approach will prove successful for Jay long-term and always be best for his customers. It's the reason we drove 45 minutes to his new shop when we had an unexpected repair versus take the car to one of many shops/dealerships that are within 10 minutes of us.
