This company did not do a thorough vehicle registration check on my wrecked vehicle and was trying to action it. They contacted previous owner and insurance carrier they used and had them sign off. They did not make an effort to contact me. They are not doing business on founder business terms nor were they professional. Deceptive in business dealings. Call another towing company for peace if mind and good business practices and principles. One star is to much to award them. Gives shoddy a new name!

My niece car stopped in the middle of the highway and she phoned me in a panic. I called Smith's and they responded immediately and towed her car to the shop. Service was professional, caring and immediate! Great job!
