The best auto repair shop - bar none! They are knowledgeable, professional, honest, and it’s obvious from all the other 5 Star Reviews they are consistently going above and beyond customer expectation. If you have any European made car, do yourself a favor and take it to Savannah (she is wonderful) at Precision Autohaus.
They are not cheap but they are the best. If you have a Mercedes or BMW gas or diesel or any other car they will find the actual problem and not just throw parts at it. You can rest assured your car will be fixed and fixed right. Great customer service.
Staff was nice and helpful. I think they did a pretty good job though they had missed a request and didn’t offer to do it for free for the inconvenience (it was not a super expensive or involved request). Also, $125+ (forgot the exact price) to plug in a device and receive an error code when I can go to other places and do it for free is a bit steep. At this point and time with tech, this should be a free offer if I get any sort of work done or if I am a regular customer.
