Fast service, great people, wheel bearing started to go bad on a Saturday afternoon, they got us in and repaired in less than two hours saving our family vacation, fair pricing as well.
Had a water pump fail on I40 in Nashville 900 miles from home with 600 miles left to go. Fortunately, it happened within a few hundred yards of Phoenix Auto Service. While we were waiting for the tow, the owner drove over to our breakdown location and took an initial look at the problem and confirmed the initial diagnosis. He got the parts on order so they would be ready when the tow finally arrived. Once we were there the staff was extremely friendly, courteous, highly professional and very understanding of our stranded predicament. Phoenix saved the day for us. We highly recommend them!
