Went to Happy Auto repair yesterday, and was impressed with how friendly the service was. Romel gave me directions to walk to the local post office while he worked on my car. Not only this but he also told me when I could bring my car in so that I wouldn't have to wait for service. He immediately started working on it when I arrived which was nice. By the time I was back from my walk from the post office he was basically done. Would definitely recommend!
Romel is exceptional! I was needing some auto body repair and my insurance company said that it would take over 5 months to get in anywhere. I called Romel at Happy Cars and he said I could drop my car off whenever I wanted. It took over a week for a claims adjuster to finally inspect my car and Romel had it done within 3 days after! Such a nice guy. I totally understand why he has so many 5 star reviews. Great customer service!
