Was told this shop was the best in town. I called and emailed once a week trying to get someone to call me back for 3 months. Finally got someone and brought my car in a month later. After waiting 4 months total I text Jonathan for an update and was told he was with a customer and would call me before they close. It’s now 5:15. I dive up there to get an update and was told we needed to part ways. As I type this I’m sitting outside waiting to get my car back. What a waste of a quarter of a year waiting. So unprofessional. Update. After waiting for my car I went back into the shop to ask when it would be ready. Jonathon told me to get the “F” out of his shop and to never bring my piece of “Sh” car back. As another employee brought my car around I went out and tried to explain the situation. At that time Jonathon came storming out of the shop walking towards me. At that point I had no clue what was about to happen so I left. I’ve reached out to the owner Bret but have had no call back yet

I hadn't been able to comment on How Great the Service is because I moved from Nashville to California and was in the process of moving. My car a BMW 530I Year 2006 needed to change or repair the transmission and I was quoting prices and everything was super expensive, when I got there I really liked what it is They took the time to find out what the problem was with my car and they were very aware and we reached an agreement with the budget that I had….. I have not the slightest doubt if I return to Nasville to entrust my car to your excellent mechanics. Jonathan was very attentive and professional and took the time to explain everything that was repaired very well…. he rebuilt the transmission and it runs great Awesome job!!!Thank you very much !!!
