My car was taken there after an accident. They communication I received thru the time they had the car till pick up was excellent. Everyone I worked with was very nice. The problem is they didn’t do it right the first time. I had to bring it back 2 more times…air conditioning didn’t work…wrong fluids, hood was not symmetrical, the grill and inside replaced they left sticker of new pieces showing through the grill, small dent left on grill, white substance on piece below grill that wasn’t clean…walking i for initial pickup I would have given 5 stars Services: Air conditioning, Body & Trim, Painting

This has been a really bad experience. The quality of the work was terrible with paint chips and scratches, they damaged my car which require me to leave it an extra three days and then again have to return it to fix other things they damaged. Also the car was returned filthy from the repairs. NO QUALITY ASSURANCE to make sure everything was good before returning the car to me. The person assigned to me seemed frustrated when I pointed out the problems. Services: Body & Trim, Painting
