Roger is not only dependable and knowledgeable, his integrity and honesty are second to none. He is a man of his word and follows thru on his promises. Customer service of Roger's level is rare these days, when customers are taken for granted. His puppy "Arlo" makes it worth the visit to his shop! Dependable, knowledgeable and trustworthy! Birdsong is everything you could ask for in a mechanic. I have a multiple work trucks that Birdsong maintains for me monthly. 3 of them are over or close to 200k miles and they’re all running smoothly thanks to them!
Very friendly service. The guys helped us out of a bind. We'd have been stuck in Nashville for days if it wasn't for these guys.
