As most of the reviews have stated, horrible customer service. It is rare that the phone is answered. Cannot bother to call to give you updates, so you have to call them (hoping they pick up the phone). Do not trust that your car will be done on the day they tell you. Today was a good day! I went in for an appointment concerning an estimate for what I hoped was minor damage to my GMC Terrain. When Tom Mathews went out with me to look at my car I told him my main concern was to get two pieces that had popped apart on the side and rear of my car back in place. Being the helpful, pleasant, kind and knowledgeable man that he is, he was able, on the spot to get them back in place. That was such a relief!! Talk about customer service! That was one of the lovliest ***** (five star) services I have ever received. I have had repair work done before with them and had a good experience but this was the BEST. Service: Body & Trim
