My truck overheated driving through Memphis. I checked out Google Reviews for auto repair shops in the area and this one had strong reviews. Vic at the shop was very professional and easy to work with in getting a diagnosis on the truck. The shop seemed very well run and the customer service was very good. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a trusted repair shop.

When I called about getting a leaky tire checked, clerk told me they could take me at 8am on Saturday. So I arrived promptly at 8am on Saturday as instructed. Guy at the counter told me I would have to leave it, which wasn’t discussed over the phone. No big deal…my gripe is that he wouldn’t give me a ballpark of when it would be ready. I’m one person with no ride back home or back here, so that makes it impossible for someone like me to plan for pick up. Going to put it off a little longer and try a different shop with hopefully better service scheduling abilities.

The bald guy with the glasses has a habit of calling black women “GURL.” I have an issue with this and won’t be returning.
