I have nothing but great things to say about them. I received great customer service as soon as I walked through the door to the very end of them repairing my vehicle in such a timely manner. Lori(I believe that was her name) kept me informed on a daily basis on the status of my truck. Thank you ALL so very much!

Absolute TRASH. The exterior quality of the vehicle was fair, but they left my interior incredibly dirty with a film all over the vehicle. They also lost one of my floor mats. They could not find the floor mat so they replaced it. Upon taking it for them to look at the film inside they claimed they had 'never seen anything like it before' and the manager called her director. The director and manager told me there was nothing they did that could've caused that and did nothing to fix the situation. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. RUDE PEOPLE, BAD SERVICE.

Service King does only insurance claims. They are more concerned with satisfying the insurance company. They are not concerned with any of your request. Customer satisfaction for insurance company and no customer satisfaction for you. There is no reason to explain all the details . Just wanted to express my experience with this auto body company. You can also read many unhappy reviews and just ask around town and you will receive alot of negative talk about this company . The first advisor I talked to quit her job.
