After almost a decade of excellent car service in my former city, I was nervous about finding a trustworthy mechanic locally. I was super fortunate to find Precision Honda and my experience is that John and his team are beyond outstanding in every way related to service, results and pricing. I suspect they are a “mechanic’s mechanic”, as I once overheard a mechanic droping off his mom’s car with John because he didn’t have time to make the repairs himself. I also appreciate their transparency and honesty. There have been times when they have informed and SHOWED me that they cleaned an part (for little to nothing) as opposed to replacing it at an unnecessarily higher cost. In my two years as a customer, Precision Honda has consistently demonstrated that their good name and their customers’ best interests are at the heart of their brand and their business ethics. John is simply outstanding, did a super job on my 2007 Honda Element EX. Quoted me a price over the phone and stuck to it, in spite of some surprises.
