Folks up there are super honest and although they kept my man's vehicle for a little longer than we'd liked, they went out of their way to fix everything they saw wrong. To top it off, they even had to have someone in east Tennessee go to a pull-a-part to get what we needed, and had the part overnighted to get us taken care of. Definitely recommend!

2 stars ..1 for towing my car..1 for being able to get it in and out in a week when everyone else had a 2 to 3 week wait period Looking back the latter should have been an indicator for me Long story short.. If you go here put EVERYTHING in writing.. even if they say nothing is wrong..PUT.IT.IN.WRITING and I advise you to request a tech other than Big MAC..He will make a mistake repair the mistake and leave a sooted smiley face with a caption that says too hot under a hood that caught a fire (while I was driving) due to after market parts or whatever was used.. I took my car elsewhere after just to make sure everything was done according to standards .. So far my car is good I'm good and I'll never go here again That's my 2cents on Pashbys Automativeaww

My daughter took the car there to be repaired because it was not working well, supposedly they checked it and told us that the repair cost 944.33 my daughter said it was fine, she picked up the car and the next day I called them to let them know that the car She was still having problems, they will tell her to take it back and the car stayed there for several days supposedly reviewing the problem, they call her and tell her that the repair will cost $ 420 dollars, my daughter says that she is fine after spending the total of $ 1400 dollars, they told her that the car's engine no longer works. it's a trash business it's the worst I've ever known Service: Engine repair
