Everyone was so nice. Had me back on the road in about 30 minutes. They do need a television though. Definitely would go back!
It was my first time going to this location and using Firestone. I called 1st, and the lady answered all my questions and was very polite. When I arrived and was greeted, she recognized my voice and explained everything. Her name is Andrea. She made sure she mentioned a deal for my oil change and the guys when above and beyond with the service as well. Thanks to Andrea Firestone gained a new customer today. I will give 10 ???? to Andrea and the team. Thanks again guys.
