Coleman Taylor Transmissions

Brian, Jasper, and Walter were our heroes. After our transmission went out on a vehicle we were trying to sell, they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Their professionalism and expertise showed no limits as they worked with us. I plan on returning any time I have a question or need service completed! Service: Transmission

I went to the dealership for regular maintenance on my vehicle. When I arrive at the dealership just for a oil change. The service advisor mention that my 2015 vehicle need motor mounts, transaxle's need to be replace and my transmission fluid was dirty and etc. I was wondering why would they say it was dirty when I just change the fluid last year in 2019. I have not had any check engine lights. Of course, I was so upset I felt like jumping out of my skin and was unable to sleep for days. I decided to call Coleman Taylor Transmissions located at 466 Union Avenue and spoke with Brian. Apparently, Brian heard something in my voice of pure desperation and he ask me to come by the shop. When I arrived at the shop Brian started examining my engine looking for broken motor mounts first and Walter walked up and he started examining it as well. They both agreed the motor mounts was in good shape. Brian decided to check on the transmission and did a road test. And I mean he did an EXCELLEN

I ran over something that severed my fuel line and my car shut down immediately at 7pm in front of Coleman Taylor. I am new to Memphis, staying at an Airbnb while I start a new job. I was literally helpless as I had no one to call for assistance. Luckily Brian was still at his business and offered his assistance. He called a tow truck for me and allowed me to wait in his air conditioned office while I waited the 30 minutes that the towing company said it would take to get there. Brian was extremely personable and eager to help in any way he could, even though my auto problems were not something he could work on. Thank you Brian!
