Great group of guys. Very reasonable and very reliable. I have went here several times and each time they have taken great care of me and my vehicle and had me back on the road in a timely manner. Need a repair stop in and see the guys at Norwood Service Center, you won't be disappointed !!

I was referred to Dwight and his mechanic Austin by Parker Auto Sales where I bought my Camry and when my starter went out I freaked out until Dwight gave me the most reasonable price ever. He and his men calmed me down and got me back going in record time so I was not late for work!! I highly recommend single women car owners use Norwood!!!!!!

Customer Service was decent in my opinion. Not bad but also not excellent to my expectations. If you have a couple of issues on your car to be fixed they can and will fix it. Buy your own parts someone told me but when you do that they say they not making no money off you so they skyrocket the labor charges. To each your own : but just go ahead and by the parts from them so you can save coins on the labor fees. Cause they will bust your head! Oh. P.s dont have any transmission issues they wont fix that. Overall my car got fixed and runs better so its a safe place to trust in.
