I showed up unscheduled and he gave me a substantial amount of his time trying to help me with a problem with my car.
I can’t say enough good about Lee’s - any work I’ve have done has been a fraction of the cost I thought it would, and they’ve always been totally honest and straight with me. The other day I called to schedule an oil change and diagnose a squealing sound with a new RDX and instead of just scheduling the appointment, he asked a bunch of questions about how many miles the car had on it, the oil life meter, etc. and determined that I should go to the dealership because they would do the service for free.
