My experience with this company was very pleasant. The service writers were super nice as well. They fixed the issues in a timely manner. I had some front end work done, so when I picked up the car, the car felt out of alignment. I took it back to them amd they re-aligned it for free! I went in to get two tires repaired that were leaking air. While I was at the counter I decided to go ahead and get two wipers put on. They wanted to charge me over $100 to replace two wipers! One tire had a bad sensor. They wanted to charge me $157 and change to replace the sensor. The prices are expensive! There are better options for car Care in Knoxville. The reason I gave a star at all was that they did repair the one tire I allowed them to fix in under 30 minutes.
