We traveled to Tennessee for a graduation. On the morning of the graduation we came out of the hotel to find coolant on the ground and the reserve reservoir was empty! I went to the gas station across the street from our hotel and paid $22 for a gallon of coolant. Drove it appropriately 20 minutes to the venue and it was empty again by the time the graduation was over! We were over 6 hours from home. At first, I googled Pep Boys and Firestone. They had low to mixed reviews. A lot of ppl were talking about being ripped off, having paid exorbitant amounts for repairs and left with the same issues. It was a Saturday and we had plans????. I was in Knoxville and needed to get back home to Nashville but needed new brake pads asap. I called on a Thursday, late afternoon, and he was able to meet me at the parts store within about 20 minutes. Then changed all my brake pads right in the parking lot within an hour or so and got me on my way, and I was not overcharged. HIGHLY recommend Flacks if you need moment's notice repairs.
