Had an issue with a tire and needed it replaced. They got that done pretty successfully, however did not replace all the lug nuts. When a wheel only has 4 lug nuts, missing one seems like a pretty big oversight. Very unfriendly staff as well. The man checking me in simply walked off halfway through and left me standing there for over 15 minutes, meanwhile another worker came to the front and just ignored me completely. I was really surprised at the overall service being this bad considering all the great reviews. Service: Tires
The guy I spoke to about our Mercedes truck was RUDE & he lied. He told me he couldn't fix it & sent me to the dealership because of some special tool. For a break caliper?????????
Great service and very caring! After breaking down 2 hours from home, Gene and Tony got us in right away & got our repair done quick to get us back on the road! Very helpful
