Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

We go here to get our oil changed in both our vehicles. Husband pulled in today around 5:30pm and asked for them to check his tire. They told him to come back tomorrow? They close at 6pm. Had only 1 customer in front of him. 2 of the employees just sitting down chatting with each other. I did call and speak with Chris who said he was the manager. He did say the female Jordan talked to my husband and checked the tire. She did not. She just asked another guy about the tire and the response was come back tomorrow because we start closing up shop at 5:30. Yet you close at 6pm. You just lost 2 customers.

I am sitting at the location. Just ask the price for a rotate and balance job. Got the price. They did not want my business because the person just said the price, and that was it. No questions, no follow thru. NOTE. 5 bay shop only one bay working. WOW
