Went with a friend so she could buy a new Odyssey as her husband was not able to be there and she wanted some help for the negotiation process. Our salesman Jeff was excellent throughout the entire process. The van itself had a defect in the rear glass that probably should have been caught during either the PDI or when being detailed prior to delivery. The biggest concern we had was that the detail department completely botched their job. Bug splatter all over the front, blue stains all over the door jambs everywhere, scuffs on the interior everywhere and some of the tape that goes between the tail lamp and the body was not removed. Someone needs to go back to school and learn how to clean a vehicle, especially when it's a $50,000+ brand new vehicle, or choose a different profession. If not for the complete lack of care shown by the detail department and the rear glass defects that probably should have been caught beforehand, we would have easily given them 5 stars. Called this business to try to get my car repaired. When I told them the year of my car all I got was “we don’t work on old cars”. It’s sad because my friend told me they were great… guess they lost 2 customers now.
