On the second day of a recent trip from North Carolina to the Great Smoky Mountains I realized the PCV valve on my Volvo needed to be replaced. Knoxville was the closest town that could receive the part and repair. I reached out to several shops in the area for quotes and European Motor Werks was the only one who could get me in and repaired same-day and for the best price. Ken was calm and knowledgeable and basically saved me a ton of stress on a trip that I took to getaway and de-stress. Can't thank Ken and his crew enough. I highly recommend this business! Ken does a great job and goes the extra mile. As newly weds, Ken previously kept our old Volvos and a BMW running in a cost effective manner. Now with a new 16 yr old driver in the family, we have another old BMW we are entrusting him with. Solved the problem, provides good advice, and makes it possible to keep old cars on the road in a cost effective manner.

Ken is the best mechanic around. He has worked on my Volvo 240 since I got it around 5 years ago. He is so kind, honest, and hard working. I would never take my car anywhere else. So grateful to have found him!
