In my opinion, Courtesy is the best body shop in town. They work around your schedule. They keep in touch with you while they’re working on your car. These guys were great! I had an accident and had to leave town on business the next two weeks. They were able to get my vehicle in and finished by the time I got back. The quality of work was top notch and at a fair price. You can’t even tell where the damage was, and the paint was blended in beautifully. I plan on bringing my vehicle back to get some other miscellaneous small dents and scratches fixed around the vehicle here in the future. This shop is truly professional. I have used them before to get a hood painted and my friends uses them regularly, I don’t know if they were just having a rough time with my car, or what. But I took it in and told them it had been side swiped, and had them do an estimate. I also told them when it got hit, that it knocked out my two automatic locks on my driver side and they didn’t work anymore. He said he would take care of it. So the day comes to drop it off and I’m told 10 days. Which was fine, so I call on the 10th day to see if it was ready and she told me they had to order new bumper. So it was going to take longer. I had very important family buisness to attend to I needed it back, which they were excellent at trying to get it done. Had a guy come in on the weekend when he doesn’t usually work. But still it put me in a crunch and cost me more money. So I go to get it back, the locks are still not working and now there are two pieces of plastic hanging down in the front under my car that were never there before.
