My son lives in Knoxville and was having some issues with his car (and his car is an older model). We don't live there as he is in school so I googled auto service to find the best place to send him. We decided on Christian Brothers because of the Google reviews. My husband called and talked to Service Advisor, Peyton, and made an appointment for our son. I have nothing but great things to say about our experience. We received a diagnosis, timeline and total amount due. All three things were exactly as promised. The car is running great and I am relieved we found a place in Knoxville that we can trust to service his car while he is in school at UTK. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

What a great professional business. From the time I walked in to vehicle pick up was an experience from the past. Ron in the office made us feel we were a valued customer with his full attention on our transaction at all times. Our 2007 expedition need to stay the night. We were given a courtesy ride home. The courtesy drivers were very kind and safe drivers. I continually received updated text messages with our vehicle along with the technician picture and pictures of the vehicle. I was given a courtesy ride back to the shop and when we checked out, show me, sir we were happy with what I needed to be done and thanked us. We went to get in a our vehicle to leave and they had it running with the air conditioner on, making it pleasant on a hot day with children… top notch customer service. My family and I love Christian Brothers. They absolutely fantastic! They are so knowledgeable and helpful. They do not upsell you for things you don’t need and try to give you help and time to decide what the best next steps are for your vehicle. One time they also left me an Almond Joy in my car that said “It’s a Joy to serve you” which I thought was so goofy, but it made my day! Just them going the extra mile. They are also willing to take you to work or help you get places that you need when your car is being worked on. It’s a dependable, kind, and well-run shop in mine and my family’s eyes.
