My car caught fire after the alternator went bad. I called Car Fix since it was close to me. I dealt with a guy named Christian. I had to return to the shop several times due to all the car issues. Christian and the team were always so polite and helped me anyway they could. Always made sure I had a loaner car so I didn't miss work. They tried hard to answer all my questions. My car still isn't fixed that's why I didn't leave 5 stars.
I can't begin to tell you how thankful and grateful I am for the team at Car Fix. Not only were they able to get my car fixed but they were absolutely wonderful to communicate with! Tried to convince me a low tire was not repairable and quoted me over $500 for two new tires. Immediately took it to Sam's club and they removed the nail, patched it, rotated and balanced them for a whopping $16. I guess my gray hair meant lack of grey matter. It really pays to get a second opinion.
