i really thought michael was helping me out because he came off so transparent and trustworthy. i had to drive from tenessee to oregon and needed a new fuel pump. once we made it to nebraska and broke down, i finally took it to the dealership and they discovered he had installed a fuel pump that didn’t actually fit my car and rigged it with zip ties. yes, actual zip ties. the real mechanics at subaru said they had never seen something like it in their lives. there were also loose wires in the area of the fuel pump. combined with the plastic zip ties, if it had heated up too much my car would have exploded and i would have died. pretty insanely irresponsible. please be careful who you take your car too! your safety is more important than saving some money.

Highly recommend. Had engine problems and the staff was SUPER helpful, quick, and affordable. Especially Eli. They made sure I knew exactly what was being done to my car and there were no hidden fees or attempts to up-charge me. Will be going here for the remainder of my stay in Knoxville.
