I made an 8am appointment for a standard oil change and tire rotation and was told it would be 45 minutes. One hour and 15 minutes later, after observing my car on the lift and untouched for at least 20 minutes, I asked for a status update and was told 10-15 minutes. I watched and in 2-3 minutes they started the tire rotation. I think they put other cars ahead. Over promised and under delivered. Very frustrating, especially when you scheduled your morning around what you were promised. 20 minutes later, still waiting.

I had a nail in my tire and needed a patch ASAP. Great customer service. I was advised that there was going to be a slight wait, but it was honestly much quicker than other places I’ve been to. Definitely returning again for other stuff that my car needs checked

I’ve been going here for 4 years. Usually it’s been fair pricing and service. I had bought 4 new tires here in February. Brought in my car to get the tires rotated a month ago. By the time I took the Vietnam Veterans exit, my tire pressure gauge light in my car went off. I stopped at a gas station and aired up the tire because it was a few PSI lower than the other tires. A couple weeks later and the tire is flat. I air it up and bring in my car. They said it wasn’t a defective tire, had side wall damage, and wasn’t covered under warranty and charged me $179 for a new tire. Well, I didn’t have any issues with the tires until immediately after getting my tires rotated. Hope they enjoy that $179, it’s the last time I’ll go to this ridiculous Tire Discounters in Glenbrook.
