I work on cars for a living, so a dependable auto parts store is necessary in my life. O'Reilly's always has what I need or can get asap. Workers are friendly and knowledgeable too.
Was on lunch and car wouldn't start. Dead battery. Knew it was coming. Hot day put the nail in the coffin. Pulled in and Spencer sold me a battery and installed it asap. He knew I had to get back to work. Great guy! Great place.
Went to 3 different parts stores to see if I bought a new headlight would they install for me and despite the websites saying they would, they all just told me no without even knowing what type of car. Called here, and the employee said it depends on the car, but he would take a look and change it if he could. He swapped it out for me quickly and was very helpful. Great customer service!
