Derailed Motorsports sent me to Billy to look at the SRS code in my wife's CLK 350. Billy cleared the code, inspected the car, and found my trans was 2 quarts overfilled. He resolved that issue and gave me a quote for my 100k services. Once I picked my jaw off the floor I made a follow up appointment for him to due the 100k services. Great guy more than fair with his prices and pays attention to details others might over look. Thank you Derailed Motorsports once again you all came through. I brought my Mercedes SL600 in for suspension repair. Prior to my bringing in my car, I put in a 5 year warranty Blue Top battery in the engine compartment. When I got my car back the $389.99 Blue top battery was replaced with a smaller Mercedes brand battery that has a 2020 sticker on it. When I approached the owner, he blew up at me and told me to get out of his shop. I am definitely going to take him to court over this. I just want my expensive battery back. I would never recommend him to anyone with his attitude. He didn't want to do anything to resolve the situation. He is not to be trusted.
