One of our best service experience. We just got our used Jeep, and they made sure we were taken care of. Chris took the time to educate us and even showed videos to make sure we understood everything. It's also very rare that service department admit that something slipped through and they were sorry and fixed it. The communication was good throughout, and we really happy with the outcome. We will be back for all of our service needs.
These people at car care as simply amazing people! Me being a single mother and been having issues for a few months with my car. They made sure to take care of me and for that I am very thankful for!! There are still great people out here!!! Chris and Caroline yall are the best and can’t thank you both enough for everything!! Y’all’s parents raised yall right!!!
Chris and his team are top notch. Not only were they about 20% less than the dealership on my VW repair, they called me frequently with updates, explained everything they were doing AND got me in right away! Will never take my car anywhere else.
