I went to and called around to four different shops before I found Total and they said they would be able to fix my van. They called me every step of the way and gave accurate price estimates and they corrected several problems. Great customer service!
These guys are knowledgeable and stand behind their work. I had a difficult issue to analyze, and they initially missed part of the problem. When I had an issue following the repair, they made it right with no additional charge, and their prices are substantially better than other shops in the area doing the same work. I have had quotes for work from other garages. They beat the price for front struts by 30% for my 2005 Pathfinder! Services: Transmission, Engine repair, Air conditioning
