Jason and the team at Coleman are amazing. When you have a transmission problem, it's rarely good news. They took the time to diagnose it, and then gave me some options and I never felt pressured. I shopped around Franklin and Nashville and their warranty and value is better than any other shop in the Nashville area. Great service. Great and friendly staff. Needed my F350 transmission looked at. It was tired and old and needed a rebuild. They diagnosed the problems. The Chevrolet dealership (that I purchased my truck from), informed me it would be 3 weeks before I could bring my truck to them, then they would need to keep it for 3-5 days just to diagnose the transmission problem, then additional time to repair. Coleman Taylor diagnosed the problem the day after I had the conversation with the dealership, and were refreshingly honest and straightforward regarding the problem.
