Walmart Auto Care Centers

I scheduled my tire installation a week ahead. I get there at 8am and nobody was there. I was told they were closed today because no workers showed up for work. I was given my tires and had to drive to Collierville to get them installed. Do not schedule your service at this location, they probably won’t be open!????‍♀️

Went yesterday to get an oil change and tire rotation. Upon leaving, I noticed one of my hub caps was missing. I told them that I had all 4 hub caps when I got there, and that I wasn’t leaving with 3. One nice worker searched the garage, while others laughed and joked about it (while I was standing there). He eventually found it and placed it back on my tires. Everything was fine. The next day, I noticed my car was shaking a whole lot whenever I drove it. Come to find out, one of my tires was loose because they failed to tighten it enough after they rotated all my tires. Luckily I noticed this in enough time to fix it myself. My car could’ve spun off the road, had I not caught it in time. I will not be using their auto care service ever again.

I called to see if they could repair a tire that had a screw in it, and they said yes. So I got my son to go with me and when I got there they said oh, you have a foreign car! We don't do foreign cars." There were two foreign cars being worked on in the bay, but I have an Audi. Go figure.
