Made an online appointment for 1:00 for an oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blades. When arriving, appointment initially not found. Finally found. Dropped car off at 11:00. Car not ready until 3:30. Tires not rotated due to wear and wiper blades not installed. Blades were installed when I arrived to pick up the car at an absurd price of $57 for 2 wiper blades. Not Fixed Right. Not Priced Right, and not Right on Time. 0 for 3
Came in for an wheel alignment needed a new tire, got both. Really great guys, I was in and out. They went all out with the Halloween decor. And a woodchuck hangs out there.
My fiancée went for an oil change earlier this week. He got it replaced, it started to leaked, and the response we got from Firestone was a $400 fix. When we decided to fix it ourselves the oil we removed from our car (bring new oil Firestone supposedly replaced) has metal shavings in it. What????
