I brought my car to have a tire replaced due to a wayward screw was told it might be a bit of a wait. Not really too big of an issue until I'd been waiting for about two hours only to find out my tire was done about an hour earlier with zero notification. The icing on the cake was the guy at the counter saying it happens sometimes. Service: Tires

Had a battery that needed to be replaced within the 2 years. Couldn't find the receipt but apparently the battery was able to give em all the info they needed and got me a new battery with no problems...

I'm only giving one star in order to post comment. Checked in around 1030 for a tire check and possibly plug, after a customer who was there for an oil change. I patiently sat and waited for a message stating status of vehicle... nothing. The customer that checked in right before me for an oil change, checked out and was on her way. So, I decided to ask about status of my vehicle, I was told my vehicle had not even been pulled in. I asked how much longer before my vehicle would be looked at, the guy told me that there were three vehicles in the bay and one ahead of mine and it could be another hour or more but If I needed to leave, they understood. I decided to wait another 20mins or so asked if my vehicle had atleast been pulled in.. he said no.. make it make sense! ???? Just throw the whole process away!
