So, initially I thought this was going to be a great experience, however after I placed an order for a 5th wheel hitch and bed liner. Which I was charged installation for I was told the bed liner couldn’t be used with the system and couldn’t be returned. I also found out I was overcharged for the hitch and install by over 800 plus the surcharge % for use of a credit card which I was not told about on the front end. All in all I ended up paying 2800 for a 1200 job and no offer or negotiating to make it right. Oh, in addition the hitch was installed backwards meaning I had to pay someone else to fix it. (I use this truck for work) I wish there were a way to not only give no stars but take this place to court. Needless to say I will never step foot in the shop again unless they contact me to make some kind of deal to make this right.

I ordered some step bars for my Highlander December of 2021, I was told they would be in and ready to install in about 3 weeks. Well Unfortunately, that did not happen. I did not get them installed until April 2022,. Throughout this time, I called, they called me to keep me updated. Anyone reading this, make the investment (especially if you are pregnant like I was) it made my life so much easier. As we all know so many issues getting things, that have been stuck on ships and well mine was the actual hardware. They called everyone they could think to get the hardware but no one had it. Finally all the parts came in and I got them installed, easier to get in my truck and gives my truck a nice look too! Today 10/26/22 went to have them check them out, I thought something was loose. Nothing was and they did a full once over on my truck, breaks, fluids and more and offered me to come in the back of the shop so I could see myself. Great price, very friendly and professional business. I was quoted I needed front and back breaks and rotars. I came to Street Legal for a second opinion and was told back breaks have another 40,000 miles and front were good. I had them go ahead and change front with a huge savings.
