Everything was good except for the time and policy with insurance, it just seems too crowded so they took time to finshed my car

I give it one star just because finally my car is completed. Gave me my car back with a terrible rattle in my back door. Had to take it back several times. At first service seemed to be great. They promise you the world and than it goes from there. Front desk Ryan told me Allstate would do this and that, but no they don’t. Jacob the manager acts like he can not be bothered with you. Cheyenne sits there dumbfound with her ear buds in the whole time. For me; my experience no one had the same story. It was different each time I went in. I didn’t get to choose this place, Allstate made me go! Terrible customer service! Services: Painting, Body & Trim
