Service King Collision Clarksville (Now Crash Champions)

I had a car accident last saturday could not come sunday because they were closed and my job makes me work 6 days a week for 12 hours straight. Service Body called me Wednesday Afternoon at the last minute instead of Monday Morning to call and tell me that I need authorization to work on my car. It has been sitting in the parking lot for 4 days. Somebody can easily grab my belongings. They lied and told me they can fix my tire by taking to discount tire for free. I get a text from my adjuster saying they cannot do it and it would charge $163 for ONE TIRE. I will never come to this place again.

Original quote was told 3 days. That got pushed to 2-3 weeks That got pushed to 4 weeks Now that date has been pushed out as well! I’m a mother stuck without a vehicle with no hopes of getting mine back anytime soon. They don’t give you solid answers. It’s always an “I don’t know” when I ask them. In my original review I gave them 5 stars, but It showed up as 1 star at Service King. The were great and took good care of me, but I did mention that I had to pay for 1 day of car rental out of pocket because of delays complicated by the pandemic. The manager (Garret)called me a couple of hours later to solve any issues I had. He was very professional and very sincere and quickly resolved my issues with no delay. I would recommend the Service King on Wilma Rudolph blvd in a heartbeat to my family and friends. I hope the manager sees this review. Thanks for the great service!
