Man, these guys are awesome!! I had a tire on my truck go down while at work. I got enough air in it to make it to Gateway. They found a screw in it, put a patch on the inside, and didn't charge me anything! I most definitely will look to them for future mechanical issues!
Hands down best customer service I have ever experienced. Was going through town on family vacation and had a tire issue. Stopped at Gateway right when they opened in the morning with no appointment and they took care of my issue within 20 minutes. These guys rock!
Very pleased with the service. They are usually very busy but they give an honest estimate of the time needed for the task and wait time. Been here several times and I will continue to return and recommend them to friends!
