Lou is a great owner who will tell you how it is and be sure you know about needed repairs and why. He'll suggest things that local dealerships will overlook just so those guys can claim it's not their fault when your engine breaks down after service (which then you have to buy a whole new car). He was able to get us in right away (BIG plus). He's cheaper than other places too (even with the additional suggested repairs) showing you just how much the other guys rip you off. And he does offer a warranty. FYI: checks/cash are preferred. Credit/debit cards will be charged an extra % to cover fees.

I had a problem with my truck misfiring. I took it to my dealership and they told me it needed a tune up and a carbon cleaning on the engine. After having the truck eight days it was not fixed and still had the misfire. They are supposed to be the experts on the make vehicle l have. They told me they still didn't know what was causing it to misfire. I called the corporate office and told them about the problem. No resolution has been made of this, but l had the truck towed to Clarksville Automotive Engine Repair. Within and hour and a half after being towed there Lou and Robert found l had a bent push rod and a collapsed lifter on the driver's side of my engine. He ordered the parts and within a week had my truck running again. The truck runs smoothly and no tapping noise. We picked up the truck today and have been driving it with no problems.
