Mechanics is deceiving about prices. Charged me a different price today for a tire, compared to last week for the same type of service. When I called to speak management about it, the gentleman that completed my services (both times), said he was management and hung up on me when I was addressing the issue about the discrepancy with the pricing. 5/10/2023

I have a 2022 Hyundai~ these tires aren't cheap, esp low profile! To top it off, unfortunately, i was having a solid week of it????: two close "friends" borrowed money for rent but couldn't repay me till next week, my (now EX) boyfriend decided he couldn't pay me back what I had loaned him, I wasn't able to show to work due to my flat tire, and I was in the middle of moving (????ny lovely EX again????). My experience at BROTHERS TIRES was refreshing by comparison! They had an amazing selection, helpful AND competent staff, clean facility, not to mention QUICK service... and their prices CANNOT be beat. Thank you for being exactly what I needed!

If I could give a -100 I would. They are nice until they get your money, then their true sides come out. I bought new tires which I thought would come with a balance ( as they said it did). They didn't balance the 2 backs at all and the 2 fronts was balance wrong so my car would shake my teeth out. I took my car back and explained how it was driving since they put the new tires on (here comes their true sides). With an attitude they starting taking my tires off and they broke 2 of my studs off (cross threaded).so I said something about it before they could take any more off. They explained it would be $75.00 to fix them, for something they did I think not. The owner pulls in as I am getting hot with the employee and after speaking Spanish which I don't understand, he agreed it would be $75.00 to fix it. He said how do we know you didn't do it. Well I am 112 lbs with rocks in my pockets and I have Lupus. They just put them on why would I take them off even if I could? makes no since to
