My SUV WOULD SHUT DOWN,ENGINE LIGHT ON. CALL he said we need to keep it for 2 weeks for DIAGNOSTIC. Ok got a rental after 1 week got a call. My charges went up for putting oil in. Go to pick it up, paid NOTHING ON DIAGNOSTIC paperwork. he said we couldn't start it but it the engine $6,000. On my paperwork no DIAGNOSTIC, we couldn't get it started ( the whole reason it being there in the first place) $197.00 for Nothing. I have never heard of a mechanic not writing down the problem. Why did I pay for no service rendered.
They helped me through my stressful process with my ford focus when a lot of people wouldn't even work on it because ford focuses are known for having bad transmissions! They are good people, timely, low priced, and honest. They really want to help. Thank you!
I have had my suv repaired here for 4 years as a referral from a friend. Usually someone else takes it in for me but this time I took it in. The repairs and pricing are always more than satisfactory. This time I experienced the customer service and it was great! Quick, attentive and forthright. I am female and sometimes I can tell that plays a roll in how I am spoken to and treated.
